This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for paid subscriptions to HomeopathyWorld. Payments are processed by Razorpay.
1. Free plan
The Free plan is free forever and requires no payment. There is nothing to cancel or refund.
2. Cancelling a paid subscription
You can cancel a paid subscription (such as Practitioner Pro) at any time from your account billing settings or by contacting us. When you cancel, your plan will not renew, and you keep access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.
3. Refunds
If you are charged in error, or experience a billing problem, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review the request and, where appropriate, issue a refund to the original payment method. Except where required by law, fees for a billing period that has already begun are generally non-refundable once the period's features have been used.
4. How to request
To cancel or request a refund, email drharishkumar30@gmail.com from the address associated with your account. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days via Razorpay.
