1. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt it, access data you are not authorised to access, or use it for unlawful purposes. You retain responsibility for the content and patient data you enter.
3. Medical & educational disclaimer
HomeopathyWorld is an educational and practice-support tool. AI-generated case simulations, suggestions, and content are for learning and reference only and are not medical advice. 4. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans (e.g. Practitioner Pro at ₹799/month) are billed in advance through our payment processor, Razorpay. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, content, and classical-text compilations, is owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of the patient data and content you create.
6. Content sources & licensing
The homeopathic reference content in the Service is drawn exclusively from public-domain or openly-licensed sources, with attribution. We do not include any proprietary or copyrighted repertory or materia medica (for example Synthesis, Complete, or Murphy). Specifically:
- Repertory — Kent’s Repertory of the Homeopathic Materia Medica(James Tyler Kent, 1897; public domain) and Bönninghausen’s Therapeutic Pocket-Book(C.M.F. von Bönninghausen, T. F. Allen ed., 1891; public domain), sourced via the open OpenHomeopath project.
- Materia Medica— classical public-domain texts including Boericke, Allen’s Keynotes, Boger, Kent, Tyler, and Farrington.
- Organon of Medicine — Samuel Hahnemann (public domain).

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or where required by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at [City, State] shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
