Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of HomeopathyWorld (the “Service”), operated by Dr. Harish Kumar, New Delhi, Delhi, India. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt it, access data you are not authorised to access, or use it for unlawful purposes. You retain responsibility for the content and patient data you enter.

3. Medical & educational disclaimer

HomeopathyWorld is an educational and practice-support tool. AI-generated case simulations, suggestions, and content are for learning and reference only and are not medical advice. They do not replace the independent professional judgement of a qualified practitioner, who remains solely responsible for all clinical decisions and patient care.

Case-simulator scores are practice scores unless the Service says otherwise. The AI score of an exam station is advisory until a faculty member signs it off; in a class, the faculty's decision is the result. A score does not certify clinical competence, and no single remedy is presented as the only correct one. When you join a class, its faculty can see the cases you do for that class, as the Privacy Policy (section 11) describes.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans (e.g. Practitioner Pro at ₹799/month) are billed in advance through our payment processor, Razorpay. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, content, and classical-text compilations, is owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of the patient data and content you create.

6. Content sources & licensing

The homeopathic reference content in the Service is drawn exclusively from public-domain or openly-licensed sources, with attribution. We do not include any proprietary or copyrighted repertory or materia medica (for example Synthesis, Complete, or Murphy). Specifically:

• Repertory — Kent’s Repertory of the Homeopathic Materia Medica(James Tyler Kent, 1897; public domain) and Bönninghausen’s Therapeutic Pocket-Book(C.M.F. von Bönninghausen, T. F. Allen ed., 1891; public domain), sourced via the open OpenHomeopath project.
• Materia Medica — classical public-domain texts including Boericke, Allen’s Keynotes, Boger, Kent, Tyler, and Farrington.
• Organon of Medicine — Samuel Hahnemann (public domain).

If you believe any content in the Service infringes your rights, please contact us at drharishkumar30@gmail.com and we will review and remove it promptly.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or where required by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at New Delhi, Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

10. Grievance redressal

For any complaint or notice regarding the Service, contact our Grievance Officer, Dr. Harish Kumar, at drharishkumar30@gmail.com. We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and resolve it within 7 days; a request to remove content that is unlawful, invades privacy or misleads is acted on within 36 hours, and impersonation or intimate images within 2 hours. If you are not satisfied with the decision, you can appeal to the Grievance Appellate Committee within 30 days.

11. Community posts

You keep ownership of what you post or comment in the Community. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, store, reproduce, format and display it so it can be shown in the Service — including in community digests and, only if you choose to share a post, on its share page. The licence ends when you delete it, except that replies other members wrote stay in place, and a copy is kept for up to 180 days where the law requires it, as the Privacy Policy describes.

You must be 18 or over to post or comment. By posting you confirm that you have the right to post it, that it does not identify any patient unless you hold their written consent, and that it follows the Community Rules. We may remove content, pause posting or close accounts that break the Community Rules or the law; you will be told the reason and can appeal within 30 days.
